Dr. Steph is a Naturopathic Doctor who earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego, CA. Before that, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Arizona. She specializes in treating patients with complex chronic illnesses, often helping those who have struggled to find answers after visiting 10 or more doctors. Her areas of focus include conditions such as gastrointestinal conditions, toxic mold exposure, chronic infections, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and other immune and nervous system disorders.
Dr. Steph takes a holistic and integrative approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual feels heard and understood. She believes that patients are too often told “it’s all in your head” or “your labs look normal”. She strives to identify the root causes of health issues by using advanced diagnostic tools beyond standard medical practices. Having personally faced chronic health challenges, Dr. Steph brings empathy and insight into her work, empowering patients to take charge of their healing journey through education and personalized care.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Steph enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, reading psychological thrillers, practicing yoga, and cooking.
